“The Beachcomber was a nice place to stay in ocean city. The staff we checked in with was very friendly and helpful. The location on 75th is far from the boardwalk, which is nice because the beach is much quieter. If you want to go to the boardwalk you can drive to the lot at the end of the inlet. You can walk to the normal Ocean City restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream, etc. The room was spacious and clean, with some minor wear and tear from being a beach hotel. Parking was very easy in lot……

“Stayed one night just to not have to continue a long drive - Smelled musty and honestly, like pee as well. Looked like the sheets were yellow, and the whole place made me feel like I had to itch all night. Stains almost everywhere. And if you have a larger car, good luck with the parking. Staff was super nice, just not a nice place to stay (even just for a night to sleep)…. Hopefully they change all these issues, But if not, good luck to whoever chooses this hotel :/”

“Room renovation design is successful. Breakfast accommodations are pathetic - too small - overflow into entry lobby - we went elsewhere. Room AC cools room, but is very noisy. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom lighting is inadequate - no night light - can't shave because room lighting is behind your head when looking in the mirror. ”

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. All that and……
